Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
OraVoice provides AI voice agents that operate on the phone lines our customers already own. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to oravoice.me and the OraVoice application.
Who we are
OraVoice (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for account data and the data processor for call data handled on behalf of our business customers. For privacy questions, contact privacy@oravoice.me.
Data we collect
Account data: name, email, organization details, and authentication metadata.
Call data (processed for our customers): call recordings, transcripts, AI summaries, collected fields, outcomes and scores. This is your business data; you control it.
Usage and technical data: minutes used, billing records, IP address, and product analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
Where data is stored
Customer and call data is hosted in the European Union (eu-central-1). Voice processing is performed by ElevenLabs as a sub-processor. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
How we use data
To deliver the service, place and receive calls, generate transcripts/summaries, enforce per-organization access, bill usage, and provide support.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer call content to train third-party models.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@oravoice.me.
Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and call data per your organization's settings and applicable law. On account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
