Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
These terms govern your use of OraVoice. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
OraVoice lets you build and operate AI voice agents on telephony you connect (Twilio, Ringostat, Binotel, or generic SIP). Voice processing is provided by ElevenLabs as our sub-processor.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the agents you configure, the numbers you connect, and the content of calls placed or received through your account.
Outbound calling must comply with applicable law, including consent and do-not-call rules (e.g. TCPA where relevant). You confirm you have the right to contact the people you call.
Keep your credentials secure and ensure your team uses appropriate roles.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive calling; no impersonation; no spam or harassment. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform integrity.
Billing
Paid plans include a monthly fee plus included minutes; usage beyond the included amount is billed per the plan or stopped at your configured cap. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Billing is handled by Stripe.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
